What could cause a sudden increase in brake pedal firmness?
I've noticed that I have to push my brake pedal much harder to slow down now that I've installed my headers. Could I have an exhaust leak and not be pulling enough vacuum for them? Not sure if an exhaust leak could cause that or not. Any ideas?

no. you need to check for vacuum at the brake booster, bacically make sure that fat *** hose is still hooked to the booster and to the intake you might have pulled it off when you installed the headers.
