good torque arm?

Edit:
I just called Spohn and told him my story. He said that it's okay to grind the bracket and use the other holes. He also said, they only use 1 bracket now that fits all axles (10 bolt, 12 bolt, 9") and thats the one with the two sets of holes. The one bracket in the picture with one set of holes is an older style bracket.

they upgraded the design and you still have to modify it <img border="0" title="" alt="[Confused]" src="images/icons/confused.gif" />

did he say anything about strange rearends fitting better?

Yep. I forgot to ask about the strange. He had mentioned that all 12 bolts seam to be different. Maybe I got an odd one since I didn't order directly from Moser but it is a Moser housing.

it works with flps and i can get a dsl that works with them too! im sold, lol. i already had to bang my g-load to get with flps. when the ds let go it pushed the exhaust down so it doesnt look like its lower than stock... http://j7.ee.pitt.edu/pictures/41/41-3.jpg

looking at the pictures of the sphon it looks like the front loop is redundant. If the front were to fail it'd be held up by the mount. It'd tear the (*&(^ out of everything but wouldn't let you catapult your rear end off...more than likely it'd waste your exhaust and pan, but stll less of an issue than tearing your rear off at warp speed.

I know it's a sprint car but DAMN!

I guess when it comes to safety, you can never be too redundant. I take my comment back about the rear loop being redundant.
