Ok, after reading your suggestions and doing some searching I think I'm going to go with LCA for my next mod. One of my goals is to get better traction at the drag strip, but I do autocross too. So my question is what ends should I get. I read that I shouldn't get poly/poly since it won't corner real well. So should I get rubber/poly or should I go with rod ends?
Also, which brand in your opinion is the best for the price?

i'm in the same boat as you. daily driver, autocross and drag strip usage.
i will be getting poly/helm LCA's from LGM (they are a sponsor). they are $200, but i'm gonna wait for him to offer a sale (he's done a 25% sale a few times).
LGM uses better helm joints than most other companies, and that is important because the better ones make less noise. <img border="0" alt="[cheers]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_cheers.gif" />
