Which components do you suggest?
I have pretty much a stock suspension, except for the Spohn adj. panhard rod and the Hotchkis springs.
In summary, I want to know for a car (335rwhp/347rwtq) that will be taken to the drag strip a couple of times a month + regular street driving a couple of times a week:
1)what suspension components do you suggest? Why?
2)Nitto's or BFGoodrich? and Why?
3)Wheels to go with the radials?
I appreciate any inputs on brands/models and reasons for your suggestions. Thanks!!

Re: Which components do you suggest?
bfg's hook better, but the nittos will last alot longer. do the nittos or get an extra set of rear rims for et streets.

Re: Which components do you suggest?
On the tires...it depends...do you want to change tires at the track? If you don't mind changing...go with the BFGs. Maybe go with a 16" wheel for those tires (you can get 16" take offs from slp for like $100 each or people are selling them quite often). If you want a tire for both the street and strip, I think the nitto's would be the way to go.
As for suspension...I like BMR, but I've been reading about their LCA, and it seems like PPC or LG are a little better (rod ends).
Hope this helps.

Re: Which components do you suggest?
The nittos will be better for street racing but not as good on the track. The bfg's will be better on the track, but not as good on the street. For a set of LCA's, stay away from BMR untill they can fix the problem with them not being wide enough for the mounts. The LCA's will help get rid of wheel hop from a stop and a roll.
Also get a TQ arm, it will help with traction in the turns and help plant the tires from a stop and a roll. I havent heard any bad things about anyones TQ arm so it shouldnt matter.

So BFG's are better at the track? That's what I'm interested in.
So BMR's LCAs are not as good as the other brands? How about BMRs STB, K-members and their other components? Thanks.
