Can anyone provide some insight on how to put it back in properly???

If I understand your question, take the caliper off, rotate the top end back about 180 degrees, engage the cable and then rotate back to normal and reinstall. . .

Not sure what you mean by 'top' end. Top end of what?? The backing plate?


Is there a spring in the e-brake assembly for the rear??
