Emergency Brake Adjustment C-5!!! Anyone Out There Who Knows How To Adjust The Emergency Brakes On A 97 C-5 Vette? If So How Is It Done!!! Thanks....

You adjust it by rotating the brake adjustment nut (star nut) on the actuator itself. Just like you would on any drum brake system. Take the rotor off and adjust. Check for drag and reassemble.
