Default Eibach install

Hey guys started my install this evening an hope to finish up tomorrow. I have a couple of questions. Should I reuse the rubber pad on the rear springs or get heater hose? Can anyone tell me any tips or tricks to getting the front shocks off? This is a Pro kit that is being used with 18" ZO6 wheels an revalved bilstien shocks.

keep the pad... unless you want the back end low as it goes.

The retaining nuts on the top of the front shocks tend to get rusty from trapped water. I would suggest getting a pair of new ones, in case you have to cut the current ones off.

You could try the dealer, or, if you have a local hardware store that has an extensive inventory of nuts and bolts, they might have them. It's been a LONG time since I installed my Eibachs, but if my middle aged mind remembers correctly, they're metric nuts.

Found out they are M10x1.5 standard at any hardware store.
