I have seen a few Spohn TA's break at the point where the two tubes meet to make the single tube that inserts into the cross brace. I haven't broken mine yet. These were older versions of his TA, and I think they have been redesigned since.

I did talk to Spohn on the phone and they are goung to rebuild mine to make it like the new one. I sent them my cross brace, which is still fine and the rod ends. It will have a new mount put on the cross brace and a new arm and all get re-powder coated. I didn't have to ship the back mount or the bent arm at all so that helped me in weight and shipping costs.

All in all I am very pleased with their service. It will cost me $125 for the rebuild but that is a whole lot lower than buying a new one all together. I will still recommend them to anyone.

Cool! Good to hear Spohn is working with you and not making you buy a complete TA. I installed one when I put my 12 bolt in. I got it 3-4 months ago so I hope its the newer style. Very beefy. I had to cut the axle mount and grind my 12 bolt Moser to make it fit. Thats my only complaint. I think the driveshaft loop is hitting my exhaust so I need to resolve that next. I have a few crappy pics so if anyone needs to see them, let me know.
