Default rattles and squeeks driving me nuts

I originally planned on buying SFCs thinking this would help the problem and help at the drag strip. Now after doing some research many say they are a waste of money. What can I do to get rid of all the squeeking and rattling when going over bumps?

A set of subframe connectors should help. I found myself in the same position at you.

They aren't a waste of money, IF you are using them for the right things. Neither car shown above have decent shocks (or they don't list them), and those go a LONG way to helping those types of noises by damping out impacts BEFORE they get to the chassis (as it should be) where the SFC's do their job.

I still have the stock shocks. Should shocks be my first suspension mod? My car is a daily driver with the occassional trip to the track. What type of shocks would be good for a DD but still hook up good at the drag strip?
