Re: V6 Springs
Putting V6 springs in the rear will make the car squat more on launch.
I think that pre 1997 V6 springs are different than V8 ONLY.
V6 springs will not lower the back of the car.

Re: V6 Springs
Yeah prostock is right, all 98+ V6 springs are identical to V8 springs in the rear.

Depending on what mods you have, I believe they may help a mostly stock car w/good sticky tires. John, you ran these, what were the results from "stock springs vs. V6"? WJ.

Re: V6 Springs
In the early days I noticed I would 60 ft about half a tenth better than a buddy of mine who had similar mods.
On the street the car would work a lot better, I was able to outhook a Mustang on slicks, albeit he did not do a good burnout and he came out too hard. But I think I cut a high 1.6 on the street which is pretty good for cold asphalt.
