How much ET are these parts worth? If I go to the QA1's and an aftermarket Torque arm, will it be worth the money spent? I'm thinking of a Spohn torque arm but have heard they bend. Any comments?

I guess that you heard they bend from my post huh.... Well It all depends on what kind of torque you are making I quess. I'm making close to 500rwtq on motor and I was running full slicks when I bent mine.
Now let me say that the one I bent they quit making about two years ago and completely redesigned it. Mine is being rebuilt as we speak and I think that the new one will work fine.
As far as the torque arm giving you a better ET...probably not unless you are driving slicks and need it to bite really good. On street tires it probably wouldn't be as noticeable. All in all I think the Spohn is a great piece and their customer service has been great since I bent the old one. I mean they are building me a new one at a very less considerable price then a new one. I would recommend it if that is the route you are going.
As far as the Hal's go they would probably give you a better reduction in ET for your money since they would allow the weight to transfer alot better. I myself need a set of Hal's badly and in my stage of the game might expect .1 off my ET.
Really we need to learn more about your car and where you want to go with it before we tell you that yes this is the best route for you to take.
