Wheel problems after flat tire

Had a flat on the highway and I drove on it for about 1/4 mile till I could pull over safely. Changed the flat and put the spare on.

Went directly to Sears and they fixed the tire. Cracked valve stem.

Now when I get above 35 the wheel shakes and wants to drift to the right. This happened when I got the flat and after I put the spare on (spare was low on air)

What is wrong with my car? Is the wheel out of balance? Is it bent (doesn't look bent), is the alignment shot? Im so mad. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Mad]" src="gr_images/icons/mad.gif" />

The tire just needs to be rebalanced... probably not done correctly when they mounted the tire.
