Default A few ?? on my bolt-in SFC

I noticed that on my SLP bolt-in SFC that the middle brace that ties to the center of the car on each side is now touching the floorboard. I used to get a finger in between the subframe and the floorboard but now it right against the floorboard. Is there anything I should be alarmed about or just keep trucking.......All help is greatly appreciated. Thanks

John

did you bottom the car out by any chance? does it look like where the SFC's bolt into the center has collapsed some? that has happened to my car from bottoming out. I have noticed no ill effects on the car, and kept on trucking.

Never bottomed out the car......I have jacked using the SFC like Nascar style.......do you think this could have caused this to happen?

Yup, that sounds like the problem to me, i would think you'd be able to tell by looking at it whether it was bent. Id guess you bent it jacking. you jacked a whole side up from the middle of the sfc? If so that prolly enough weight on it to bend it some.

I was thinking of getting SLP SBC also, I didnt figure jacking by it would bent it up like that. From fitting a finger to it being virtually flush? Are these not tough enough to jack with or what? Not trying to jack your thread, I dont want the same thing to happen to me if I get em LOL..
