Default Removing calipers

How much of a job is it to totally remove calipers from car (i.e. disconnecting lines, bolts and such). What about re-installing them. Does the system have to be flushed?? <img border="0" alt="[USA]" title="" src="graemlins/patriot.gif" />

Not hard at all ...

www.installuniversity.com

Whatever you do, don't allow the master cylinder to run dry.

Yes, you will have to bleed the system.

The hardest part is getting the leak to stop after you remove the brake hose. Follow the install on installuniversity.com and get new brake hose washer bolts. Torque these down real tight and eventually the leak will stop.
