Default Sway Bar Removal Help Please...I'm stumped

Okay here is where I'm at, took the bolts off both of the ends of the front sway bar on the wheels and unbolted the front part that is attached to the car. Now the bar is hanging freely but the drivers side mount that attaches to the car is stuck somehow. Someone think they could fill me in, I'm in the middle of the project. Let me know If the post isn't clear. <img border="0" alt="[bang head]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_banghead.gif" />

you removed the endlinks and now the bushings with the U clamp is stuck on the car??? are you replacing your sway bars if so just pull it off they shouldnt be welded or nothing like that if you brake it you can place all of it back on and buy another one, cause i broke mine and drove it like that bought another U bolt then put it back at a tire shop with impact tools so i wouldnt have to remove the endlinks...
