Default Trying to learn to do brake rotor and pad change

Ok, time has come to change brake pads and rotors. I will be getting Brembo rotors and Hawk HPS pads. Now, how hard is it to acually change pads and rotors. Everything I have read makes it sound so easy, like why you'd ever pay someone 100+ bucks to do it. Other then making sure your sliders pins are free, what else can go wrong in a worst situation?

Caliper fall from the hanger and bust the brake line.

It's really not hard and doesn't take a lot of time.

Just make sure those guide pins are clean and lubricated

Here is how to do it.

An impact wrench (even a cordless, Like the Dewalt or Milwalkee 18v) will make life easier as sometime the caliper bracket bolts are pretty hard to bust loose.

And 15mm, six-sided, quality socket. I've rounded off 3 of the cheaper, 12-point sockets. I now have a Kobalt socket dedicated for this one purpose.
