In all honesty the only reason I can see doing this would be if you are getting the Porsche stuff for free/cheap. I personally would just go out and buy a kit engineered from the ground up to work on the F-body.

Ever seen a BAER or Willwood or StopTech kit? You know, one that is "engineered from the ground up to work on the F-body"?
It's amazing ... a bracket, bolted to the knuckle and the caliper attaches to the bracket. The attachment points are precisely drilled so that when the appropriate rotor is slipped onto the hub, the caliper aligns perfectly over the rotor.
Of course, that's what the stock brakes are as well ... a bracket, a caliper and a rotor ...
