Default Are Wilwood 2 piece rotors safe??

Yea, I have them & their 1 piece rears STILL in the boxes..

I did the safety wire on the bolts on the 2 piece fronts, but I am having a mental dilemma about installing them..

I just can't get over the fact (that even though I used loctite on the bolts & torqued them by inch/lbs), that no other 2 piece rotors come disassembled, and also require safety wiring...

For some reason I'm doubting them...
Can they come loose?
Will they EVER come loose..??
Will I need to constantly check the tightness of the bolts..??

No problems with my current 1 piece drilled/slotted rotors, so maybe I just need to hear from some people on these Wilwoods..

I bought them for $849, would sell them for $700, but right now I'm still on the bubble..

I may not ever be able to overcome my mental block on these..
Please sway me one way or the other..
Thanks,
Ellis

Well, I have had my 2-pc fronts installed for about 3 or 4 months I think, I don't have the bolts safety wired, I have no bolts missing, the bolts were installed and torqued according to the instruction specs, I have over 5,000 miles on them and they still are just fine...

Properly assembled, torqued and safetly wired, they are as safe anything else, and better than many.

Install them.

Most other brake calipers aren't designed for the sort of use that the Wilwood calipers would be seeing so it is natural to see more points of safety surrounding their installation and maintenence.
