car's body on passenger side is lower than driver side at rear end?
my Z28's body is lower by about 0.4" at rear end at passenger side than the opposite driver side i replaced the coil spring with a new one but it didn't solve the problem? what it could be? shock absorber?

The way I understand it, a shock does not actually hold up any weight, it controls the rate at which the spring loads and unloads. I think you should be able to take your shocks off of the rear of your car, and it should sit the exact same.

I seem to be having the same problem. You can walk on each side and look there is an obvious difference of about .5". Not sure what the problem is yet.

I have the same problem with my car, a 97 TA. But I have no idea what it is caused by.
