PM me and I will give you the link because they are not a sponsor and I don't want to stir anything up, or just go google "kore3 industries"

The brackets were pretty cheap, call your local dealers

New they are pretty pricey. The caliper bracket were around $200 when I priced them.

I ended up finding a used set of Z06 red calipers with brackets for $150

A pair of brackets w/ all the hardware necessary to complete the swap can be had for much less than $200 if you look in the right places.

I used C5 rotors, F-body calipers and abutment brackets. I did not have to use the C5 abutment brackets. It's not 100% necessary and I have done this 3 times now on various cars.

They will give you the Four main bolts that bolt the bracket to the spindle and supply the two caliper bolts for the bracket. You just have to get out the saw and cut one part off and everything else should bolt up fine.

Oh and its recommended you buy the C5 front brake line kit too. It's a smart idea to go with those as they are a bit longer than the F-body lines and with moving the caliper out, its nice to have the extra slack.

Jeez dude did you not read what I posted? You do not HAVE to use the C5 abutments. Some have better luck with them or have to use them. I have not had to.

You have to cut the lower bolt hole for the factory caliper. When you take the factory caliper and rotor off, you will find out real fast what has to be cut. The company who makes this kit also gives you detailed instructions on what to do. Pick up the phone and call them!

Be careful, the C5 PAB has 14mm bolts to attach it, the F-body has 12mm bolts. One should not replace the other without having slop which can lead to big issues. I've not measured the holes in that bracket, though as I remember it's a 2 piece bracket (or it was), if so, be careful the bolts don't back out over time and that it doesn't come apart. There have been other designs like that over the years that have had similar issues.

Be safe!

Yes, safety first. If you are not comfortable doing this, THEN DONT DO IT!

I speak from experience, you will need the C5 abutment brackets if you use the Kore3 big-brake brackets. I am not sure about the other brands. The C5 and F-body rotor backspacing is different so your F-body abutment brackets will hit the C5 rotor. You may be able to get by with a fraction of a millimeter of rotor clearance, but do not mess around with the safety of your brakes. Your lives and others depend on them. Do your brakes right the first time so that you trust them.

Also, the F-body abutment brackets use smaller hardware like trackbird said. Without the C5 abutment brackets, the supplied heavier hardware won't even bolt up to the factory F-body abutment bracket. The F-body calipers will fit the C5 abutment brackets and sliding pins just fine. I will see if I can find the instructions and scan them. Give me a few days to go home and get them, as I am away at school. If I can clarify at all please let me know what was not clear and I will help as best I can.

I think its $224

Trust me it's better to wait untill you find a pair of used c5 calipers that come with the brackets.

My c5 calipers with brackets were $150

Watch their shipping costs, they are "stupid". The "part" is $20, and $45 shipping (or something like that when I called them last). Try "Team Chevrolet", tell them you're an "internet order" and they have free freight on orders over $100. I think someone recently bought the PAB's, calipers, hoses and all for something in the mid $400 range ($440 or so maybe?).

Yes on the rotors, PAB's, brake hoses, hardware, calipers and I thought they bought some set of GM pads (not sure which ones and I can't swear to it). This was 6-9 months ago, but it seemed like a good deal. I'd try them first.
