Default 2Kthunder, your PM box is full.....

So, I'll answer you here:

76k miles on Bilstein HD's, on a car that is lowered.... I think you'd find a huge improvement with Revalves. You aren't dealing with 76k mile old shocks to start with, and you also get damping that's more inline with the higher spring rate/lesser shock travel the springs give you.

Thanks. I think the SFCs tightend the car up, and the shocks just cant handle it all, and before the body was absorbing some of the harshness.

Well, yes... The body is a spring of sorts and you stiffened that spring. But you found out why you should IMO do shocks first. All those impacts you are getting that drive you nuts and are amplified by the SFC's are due to said impacts not being damped by the supspension, and are transmitted right into the unibody.

The vibes are mostly due to:

1. improper damper valving
2. wornout or improper mounts/bushings (wornout or poor quality rod ends, if applicable).
3. loose or poor interior panel fitting.
4. certain suspension components that are improperly tightened.
5. a bunch of rattling junk.

and less of the 4th Gen monocoque's "multiple spring-like" characteristics (or any chassis with a stiffness that is equal or more than the 4th Gen f-body). When I had several sets of SFC's installed on my vehicles (both 94 track car and 99 street car), they added weird vibes more than not having them at all, which in this case doesn't really have anything to do with increased chassis stiffness.
