Popping from rear when under acceleration?

Popping from rear when under acceleration? I have bmr rear solid control arms and a bmr panhard rod thats adjustable, under heavey acceleration there is a popping noise from the rear, I have the idea that it is the torque arm but not sure? Has anybody experienced this at all if so what is it so I can fix it?
