Default LCA's help traction?

As a first suspension mod, will the LCA's do more to improve traction and eliminate wheel hop or would torque arm be a better choice?

You'll probably get a lot of different opinions on this. Especially since some guys have cut some wicked 60' times on a 100% stock suspension. Thought I've seen guys in the 1.40's on the stock suspension.
