Default lowering question????help

ok well i know its a dumb question, but can i lower my car with just springs , or do in need shocks as well. if i can just use springs on stock shocks what should i get thats cheep and good quality ? im looking to lower about 1-1/2 to 2"

do a search as this topic has been discussed countless times. yes you can lower with just replacing springs but the stock shocks are not designed for lowering springs so they will quickly wear out and your ride quaility will suffer. For 1 1/2 in drop i would suggest eibach pro kit springs. I also used re-valved bilsteins for my shocks when i changed the springs. like i said do a search and all your questions will be answered!

Id start saving for shocks now.
2 inch drop on stock shocks will be a horible ride
