Default What would cause this?

These are about 18 months old, maybe 10,000 miles, about 5 quarter mile runs, never run hard around corners, mostly stock car, nothing enough to break parts.
These were on the passenger side, on the panhard bar end and on the LCA. Any ideas?
Any guesses on brand?

i seen that happen from tighting the control arm bolts from the car hanging in the air. if you did that that could be your problem. it will put the bushing in a bind and tear them after awile

It was on the ground when tightened. Plus they are all split in the front and rear where the max load is placed.
The polyurethane looks to be rotted. I can take a bushing and break it right in half, rip it, etc. I thought polyurethane wasn't supposed to rot, was supposed to be chemically resistant etc.
