Default bang?

last night i decided to have a lil fun and me and a buddy did some donuts in my car... today when driving i heard a banging noise out of the left rear and you can feel it jerk everytime i make a sharp left turn. when i got home i took a quick look and nothing seems broken..bumps are really rough now also..was wonder if this happened to anyone before or what you may think it is? im probly going to replace the lca's since i was planning on doing that before next season anyway but any ideas would be helpful.

First off, stop doing donuts. next, get the back of the car up and check your rear suspension components, you may have bent something or cracked a bushing. 10 bolts don't like donuts so I'm thining you broke something in the rear end. pull the diff. plug and check for metal on the magnet.

ok took a better look at rear end and lcas and panhard are straight but looking at the fenderwell i saw what the nosise was the tire is rubbing the fender... this is the only spot i found anything wrong.. is it possible the rear is out of alignment or woudl something be bent if it were?

You may have bent your PHB or damaged the bushings in it. I'm guessing you are saying that the tire is rubbing the inside of the fender and not the front or rear. If so, I'd look at the PHB.

yea its rubbing on the thickest part of the fender coating (if you click the thumbnail you can see it).. im going to replace the lca's and phr to see if it was a bushingor something i just cant see or i am missing.. i just made a thread about this before i saw your comment but ill ask it here too, im going to go with UMI since it seems like they stand behind their products so i need to know if the car is my everyday driver and drag car on weekends whether i need poly/poly, poly/rod, or rod/rod for each? i dont have any intentions on lowering the car and i am happy with the stock handling..i dont want anything real expensive since this is dipping into my headers fund but i want to do it right the first time.. thanks for your advice.
