I'll try to find out tomorrow. I have a buddy at a GM parts dept and I want to order a set anyway. Last year when I called and asked him, they were around $80 each, complete with the e-brake assembly.

They are more than $80. I ordered the left one for my car and I still paid over $100 (with a good discount). List is over $200 for the left but it's less for the right side. I have traction control so that might make a difference

Just a fyi, I called my buddy at the local dealership today to order my backing plates. This post reminded me that I wanted to do that. I gave him the #'s listed and found out they have changed for 98-02 w/o traction control. I also found this info to be true by searching online a little.

GM Part Number 10434796 (Left) superceded by 10444626
GM Part Number 10434797 (Right) superceded by 10444625

Yes, all of the parking/e-brake assembly is included. From the caliper mount, dust shield, & shoes, right down to the little lever & rubber boot.
