Default Advantage's of 1LE springs

Will they raise the car? Advantages, disadvantages?

Thanks

Generally the cars seem to be a touch higher. Advantages? Not really any. Disadvantages? Not really enough spring rate change to truly matter and that's not where I'd spend my money.

Of course, I ordered and bought a non-1LE even though I had to race against 1LE's in my old class. The addition of a big front bar to a normal Z28 set of springs I felt made for a better car, and there is a lot of autocrossing records to prove a non-1LE is no disadvantage, and frankly many more wins by non-1LE's than not.

Advantage: They are the only springs stiffer than stock and won't change the ride height significantly.
