motor and trans mounts..need help

Default motor and trans mounts..need help

i was told to put some grease on them before i install them to prevent vibration and noise. is this true or is there anything else to prevent those from happenin when going to poly motor mounts and trans mounts? thanks

Wouldn't be smart to me. If you put grease on them, dirt and grime will stick to it and prematurely wear them out.

Yea you don't need to put grease on poly trans and motor mounts. You do need to put grease on poly swaybar bushings and endlinks.
