But you don't have any more rebound you could add to the shocks to quicken the response back up.......

Then again, I don't think you dislike your ride either, and you have some pretty stiff springs too. It's horses for courses. And frankly not all tires are the same either....

Well that was humbling. I tried the pressures above, the car rides noticeably better. I even went and drove all the way to work and back to hit all the bumps I normally hit. The car is stiff but feels more supple, much less jarring. Its also below 30F right now and I find the Koni's stiffen in the cold, so I am pretty sure I will like it even more next summer.

When I had the stock Goodyears, I found I needed 35-36 psi to keep the tire from being mushy. I never tried anything different when I got the Fuzions. This is also the first car I have ever had with such low profile tires and I did not know pressure would make such a big difference. How can people riding on 20's stand it?

Thanks to all.

Glad things are better for you. I know I say this *a lot* but assumptions are killer at times. The tires you have are different, but because the size is the same you assumed they were the same. Also it had led you to believe something was more at fault than really was. But, the good news is you aren't alone and we do our best to make sure folks don't assume things. I get a lot of flack for it from time to time because people think I'm accusing them of being stupid, which I ASSURE YOU is not the case.

This is just something I have more experience with, and I've made a lot of the same mistakes myself in the past, it just took me a lot longer to learn from them.

these cars are funny about front tire pressures. For me 30 is mushy and 32 is a pretty good compromise and 34 or higher causes the front to wander a bit.
