Default Does anyone make swaybar spacers??

My turbo kit requires the use of spacers where the swaybar attaches at the frame (I believe). Also if I install a spacer does that mean I also need to install a spacer at the a-arm to maintain the proper geometry?

thanks

A) No one that I know of makes spacers.
B) Yes, you'd need to increase the length of the sleeve at the a-arm to preserve geometry.

C) Why does it require spacers in the first place? The swaybar runs pretty close to the k-member anyway. Is the turbo piping going inbetween the swaybar and the k-member? That'd make the swaybar sit REALLY low, probably scraping on the ground over bumps.

if you really need them, jsut do what i did on my '69 nova. my front sway bar was so big, it hit the balancer when the engine was running (lol)... so, i took a flat piece of aluminum stock, 3/8" thick, 1.25" wide, and maybe about 3" long. just whatever the footprint of the sway bar bracket was to the frame. then i drilled the two holes for the sway bar bolts and bam, that's about it. i'm sure you could rig it up a similar way.
