Question Do I Have Bad Inner/Outer Tie Rod Ends??

Well my right front wheel sits inward and it jerks to the right and left on the highway. It looks and feels horribly alligned. I took it to a high performance mechanic and he said that i need to replace my inner and outer tie rod ends. Another mechanic said it just needs alignment .But it does feel like something is popping at times when i turn>. Can you guys help me?

I do have full upgrade suspension although tie rod ends are stock.

Well we only have outer tie rods that connect to the rack. Its weird you hear a popping I would check to make sure the rack is bolted tight to the k-member if so maybe it is shot.
