Rear shocks, fold down the rear seat, and you should be able to find two trap doors in the carpet (may only be perforated and need cutting) pull out the foam filler block, and the shock tower will be exposed. Twist **** to desired firmness, and put back together in reverse order.
As for the fronts, no clue how to get in there, need a special wrench i beleive.
The lower setting for any of the shocks in with a straight blade screw driver.

Figure 1: Move pin left or right to increase rebound forces (counter-clockwise)
Rebound - Insert a pin into the slotted adjuster located at the top eye (figure 1). Moving the pin from left to right (counterclockwise) will cause the forces to increase. From the minimum or factory positions, there are 12 possible sweeps of adjustment ( 1 sweep equals 1/4 turn).
Compression - Insert a screwdriver into the lower adjustment device (figure 2). Turning the screw driver from left to right (clockwise) will cause the forces to increase. From the minimum or factory positions, there are 12 possible "clicks" of adjustment.

I hope this is a typo as you cannot adjust the stiffness of the springs, only the compression and rebound stiffnes of the shocks.
I have to raise the front of my car slightly (1-1.5") to be able to adjust the top setting of the front DA shocks. This allows just enough space between the coils to slip the allen wrench into the adjustment slot.
