No.

Not unless you want to have a prayer of having a suspension that works near correctly. Then again, they also don't mention spring rates either, and the "default" springs from Ground Control are pretty messed up. Too soft in the front, too stiff in the back. BTW, that's not a picture of the kit for this car. And you should also realize that any change in height is not a 5 minute job (more like an hour if you are pretty quick) and anything more than about a 1/8" change in height to the front means you should have the car re-aligned (every time).

Ask yourself why you really want coil overs...I still have mine on the front, and haven't adjusted them but twice since they've been on my car (and that's been almost three years). Sam is right on with his assessment...adjusting the ride height is NOT a quick job at all. Anyone that says otherwise has an extremely distorted view of the space/time continuum. Most people don't need an adjustable setup, me included.

I'm not *telling* you anything but the things I don't think you knew. First you have to decide if you want or need them vs. a proper set of lowering springs. And to decide that you need to sit down and figure out the pro's and con's of each.
