Default Tuning the suspension

I recently installed QA1 shocks and struts all around. I was wondering how you guys go about tuning the suspension for drag racing. Is stiff in the back, soft in the front the way to go, or do you want it soft all around? any techniques to get it just right?

I usually have the rear softer like 4 and the fornt harder like 6. It also all depends on what you have for suspension and if your going to the track. You will have to adjust them and see what you like and what works for you.
