Default Alignment specs

Anyone have suggestions on alignment specs. I'm more concerned with handling and high speed stability than I am tire wear(it only sees 30-50 miles in a month).

If your wondering about my suspension setup:
Koni SA shocks
Hotchkiss springs
Adjustable Panhard
35mm front swaybar, 22mm rear
stock upper and lower control arms
stock rear control arms
and I have 275's up front, 315's in the rear

Here is an earlier post of mine:
https://ls1tech.com/forums/showpost....1&postcount=25

I dont remember my current final settings,
but this is what I told the guy to aim:
CAMBER: -1*
CASTER: +4.5
TOE: 0

If you want to go further, you can go more negative in the CAMBER and more positive in the CASTER. Some people are running -1.2* to -1.5* CAMBER and +5.0* to +5.5* CASTER. Thats a bit much for the street and harder to achieve with stock/unmodified parts (and will cause tire wear). Maybe those with more aggressive setups will chime in with their specific setups. TOE IN will improve high speed stability (the car will run straiter and wander less). TOE OUT will improve corner entry ease , but at the expense of high speed stability (the car may wander more).

I've run:

-1.3 camber
4.5 castor
1/32nd inch of toe out

Tire wear was good (30k out of front tires), handling was much better.

I now run:

-1.7 camber
5.2 castor
1/16 inch of toe out

Tire wear is much worse and I'm quite hard on the inside edges of the front tires. They will cord the inside edges long before the rest of the tire wears out.

i had some outside wear on my front NT-05's. Sam Strano recommended me going for:

-1.25 camber
1/16" total toe-in
as much positive caster as you can get and match on both sides.

I am just not sure how good my camber is? looks much more positive than most people have around here..

I had this done at GM and the guy said I can come back if i'm not happy.

That sounds much like my alignment spec experiments. Steering feels nice and light and it wants to dive into corners. Cruising in a straight line, however, I do not want to let go of the wheel for more than a second or two.

Here are the factory alignment specs (for reference):

Looks like I am doing not too bad. My Caster is a bit high but it should be ok.
