Default Rotor from hell

The passenger side front rotor will not come off no matter what. I hammered it, torched it, soaked it in WD40, and later jacked it up to the sky so I could do a baseball swing with a 5lb sledge. You wouldn't believe the chunks I knocked off of it, and it still wouldn't budge.

Is there a 3 prong puller big enough to fit on this piece of #(@&#$ ?
My only other solution is to get crazy with a cutting disc.

Sounds like you might have done damaged the wheel bearing if the rotor chunking form hammering it. Might be simpler to bolt a W/B spindle assembly to it now.

My next move would be to drill through the hub area of the disc. I'd then try to crack it in half. If the wheel bearing is ok after that, then great, if you get it back together and it's noisy, it may be time for a new wheel bearing. If you beat on those bearing/hub assemblies hard enough, you can damage them. You're possibly close to that limit.
