Default LG panhard Bod issues

Has anyone had trouble with the LG Motorsports PHB fitting correctly into the brackets on the car with the provided spacers they give you? My car is a 3.8 does that make a difference?

Does the OEM bolt not fit with the spacers? IIRC the PHR requires different spacer ID's for the fwd vs the aft side of the fitting because the bolt is stepped. In other words, not all four spacers you get will be the same size. I'd check and make sure that they sent you the correct size spacers and, if so, that you're using the correct spacers in the correct location.

Sorry man I wasn''t clear, My car is a 2000 3.8 camaro and I bought a LG motorsports PHB and the spacers that come with it for the rod ends are too big. The bolt fits thorugh the spacers just fine its just that they make it too wide to fit into the bracket.

Any chance you could get some pics of the condition? Maybe they just sent you the wrong spacers, but it seems odd if they fit those particular bolts that they would be too long...

Geez man ... spread the mount open to get the assembly in. Once you torque the bolt/nut, it will squeeze to fit.

had a hard time today with my BMR PHB. I played with it for about 30 mins before it decided to go in.

Use a Big crowbar to help align the hole and a screw driver to have them line up.

I would have to spread the mount open about an inch. I bought the bar from a member on this board and he never used it.He included all the spacers and dust covers for the double rod ends that it came with.

I just don't think it would be good to only put one spacer on it, I thought they were suppose to have them on both sides.

An inch? That's a lot. We need some pics.
