e brake, left rear rattle

e brake, left rear rattle i recently replaced the rear end. since the swap, the left rear rattles over any bump. i've checked everything i swapped and retightened every bolt i can find.
i also have a rattle/squeel from the e brake. i pulled the disk and the e brake seems loose, unset. i spun the adjustment wheel as much as it would move with no change i pulled the passenger side and it is much tighter.
any suggestions???
