Parking Brake When I pull my parking brake up it pulls all the way up till it's pointing straight up. Doesnt feel like it's really holding strong either. What needs to be fixed or replaced to get it back to normal?

do you know how to adjust drum brakes? they have a little toothed wheel that you turn to make the shoes closer to the drum. your ebrake is a drum brake inside of your rear rotors. there is a little toothed wheel on the bottom. turn it until you can just barely get the rotor on and turn it freely, so it doesnt rub. do it to both sides and it should be better.
