Default Wierd Brake Problem...

Car: 93 Nissan Maxima GXE (171,000 Miles)

Problem: Just put a new master cylinder on and rebuilt th drivers side caliper due to it leaking.. also gravity bled the brakes (did a full bleed before cali rebuild) Alright the deal is the passenger side caliper will stop the passenger side drive shaft from spinning them come off and let it spin free then stop again it will always stop with the brakes applied but it chooses when to stop and go with my foot off the brakes.. my mechanic said it might be some of the inner brake lining that has fallen apart and clogged the lines?? recommended taking the line off at master cylinder and blowing it out..

Things I'v checked:

Lines, Caliper for leaks
Rotor being way uneven
Brake Pads being worn wierd
