Default Rattling SFCs have crap INSIDE them???

Hey, I just got a pair of bolt-on SFCs from SLP and it's all good except they're **** inside of them. When I tilt either of them back and forth I can hear a significant amount of what must be welding beads falling and *clinking* inside them, liked a pair of cheap shaman rainmakers. I really don't wanna attach these things to my car as they are now, seeing as how I already have a "phantom" rattle that I can't trace.

Has anyone else had this problem? The beads are completely enclosed in the SFCs so I guess I can either deal with it or drill a 1/4" hole somewhere in them and let the beads drop out. What do ya'll think?

send the crap back and make them send you ones that have no noise. What the hell is wrong with slp? They overcharge and then have terrible quality control.

That sucks!
I think you need 2 drill the hole!
Just do it somewhere out of sight, and if you want to close it up...JB weld it!
