Default AHHHH rust

I hate the rusty looking crap on my rotor, is there anything I can do to take that off, I do not want to buy new rotor cause these are pretty much new.

The "rusty looking crap" you are reffering to is just from moisture setting in the rotor (usually seen if the car sits for a while). Take it on the highway and do a few mildly hard long brakes, this should take care of it on the surface of the rotor that the brake pad has contact with.

Other than that, next time you get rotors, you can have them zinc washed. This helps prevent the surface rust from ever appearing.

You talking about the rust on the hub? Mostly see it on the rears.
You can paint them if you want. I've seen people paint them black if they have black wheels... or silver color.
