Default Some spring/shock questions

The shocks are going on my bird, so I've been planning on what to replace them with. I was thinking of a set of Bilstein HDs like this:

I know Koni's are highly recommended, but I simply do not have the money for them.

Should I replace the stock springs too while I do this? If so, what spring would be a good match for the Bilstein HDs? BTW, I am not planning on lowering or altering the ride height from stock. And I am not going for a harsh ride, this car is my daily driver.

Any help would be greatly appreciated !

Stock springs are an excellent match for Bilstein HD's. If you're not planning to change the ride height, there's nothing wrong with the stock springs.

The springs have around 108,000 mi (I'm guessing). How long to springs normally last?
