Default Dragstrip traction?

I am using my 99 Z28 A4 as a dd as well as racing it in the street class. It is mostly stock with a lid, fast toys ram, air, 160 thermo and is on street tires. Without changing tires what is my best bet to improve traction? I actually haven't raced this car yet. My old car had 2.73's this one has 3.23's. My old car had no traction problems but I'm thinking this one might. What suspensions mods would you recomend. I was thinking a set of lower control arms, relocation brackets and new torque arm. Am I on the right track? Do I need anything else? I don't want to get to exotic with such little power.
thanks in advance

You prolly wont have any real traction problems anyway. But those will definitely help. I just finished up my LCA's and i can tell a big difference

I went from a 2.8 60ft time to a 1.78 with Comp Engineering Sub Frames and BFG's 255 DR and a 2800 stall, GOOD LUCK

Yeah I was thinking it won't spin much, but I am interested in consistency more than et, so I want it to dead hook.

you do realize that your sfc did not make that big of a deal in all of that right? mainly the tires

sfc are not really needed that much especially in a street class like you are in and are not wanting to change tires. bud you are definately on the right track with all that you have listed. i think the torque arm will net you the most difference in 60 ft. then i would do the lower control arms and then possibly the relocation brackets.
