The Calipers used on the CTS-V require Large rotors, and I mean large, You would have to run 18-19 inch rims minimum to have the calipers on an F-body. There were also a few other problems with them.
There is a thread that covered all of this. Check a search.

They are basically privately logo'd Brembo GT calipers... with larger pistons.
They use a 14" rotor that will fit into many 18" wheel packages.
And yes, they will fit.

The problem is finding a rotor that would tolerate the V calipers. As much as people tried there are few if any rotors that are already made OEM that would fit an F-body and are 14" like the V calipers require. Most likely you would have to go with aftermarket rotors and those are expensive.
Could they be made to work on an F-body? Yes.
Could they be made to work on an F-body cheap? No.

Thanks for the info. I already have 18" Fikse wheels. I was just wondering if a kit could be made for cheap like the Vette calipers. What sponsors sell Brembo kits? I have found many that sell the Baer kits but no Brembo kits.
