Default ****QA1 spring choice****

What exactly is the difference between the 275lb and 300b springs performance wise? I am somewhat of a suspension noob.

Here are my front end specs as far as weight:

6.0 iron block
front mount turbo set up w/ intercooler
TH400
Chromoly PA racing k member
abs delete
manual rack
no a/c
oem upper and lower fron LCAs

I assume the 275 are better for weight transfer but I was just wondering if my car might be better with the 300lb springs because of my heavy iron block. Then again I have quite a bit of weight reduction up front. Help please!

The 275# spring is going to give you a very low stance in the front especially with the iron block. If you plan to drive the car a lot on the street the 300# spring are a better choice IMO...You will not have to adjust the coilover to the very top to get a decent ride height. You will not tell any performance difference at the track.
