What setup best for look and traction?

What setup best for look and traction? I have heard of 90/10 drag shocks, lowering springs, etc. but am not quite sure about it all - what setup would be best for me to lower my 98 WS6 vert plus give me the best traction in the 1/4 mile?

Is this a drag only car? Best 1/4 miles is a huge rear bar, no front bar and drag shocks..thats if you trailer the car in and i woudln't drive on the street with that setup lol.
