Default BMR Drive shaft loop won't fit??

Anybody esle have problems with the BRM driveshaft loop not fitting on a bolt-on F-body? I ordered one for my '00 WS6 M6 and it doesn't seem to want to work with my exahust, but it's a fairly common setup I have so I'm not sure why this would be. This is with a set of Pace LT's, Pace ORY and Magnaflow catback. Same thing with the trans tunnel brake, keeps hitting the exahust. Anyone heard of anythig along thses lines?

they are very tight for shure.i had to move it to where it was hitting the stock torque arm, then cut up the torque arm for clearance ,then welded in some reinforcment for strength. not what i wanted to do but had too.
