Default Best setup for the street?

What's the most cost effective suspension solution that would work well on the street, for launching from a stop light. Assuming 450-500rwhp, m6, 3500lb. Springs, shocks, sway bars, lcas... whatever it is, list it!

If your main goal is off the line traction mainly you need sticky tires.

Then if you break something or if you have wheel hop, THEN fix it. It hard to fix most things before there's really anything wrong. plus you end up making unnecessary sacrifices.

I never had wheel hop that most people talk about, with a stock suspension and drag radials, I just always had to feather the gas in first, and could only spray in 2nd if I was on good pavement to avoid spinning.

I just figured somehow that a certain combination of springs/shocks would give me an extra edge over stock. Maybe more weight transfer, something.

I probably would not go with springs. They do not transfer weight that well. Get a set of LCA w/relocation brackets, and a panhard bar...maybe a T/A.......and of course a new rearend

Well i think you're doing pretty good to be able to spray in second. Since your tires are staying on the ground even stickier tires (remember drag radials are still not the ultimate in traction... ) or taking weight off the front end (weight transfer) will help. A short torque arm will help put a little more weight on the rear axle if you want to go that way.
